2nd email: 11
'Case transfered to political instances': 2
Qurantine: 16
Site OK: 18

Notes:

It was noted that not all comments appearing in GGUS tickets appear in the CIC

dashboard so it is easy for the CIC on duty to miss a relavent comment.

 Sites up for suspension:

TAU-LCG2 site is looking at the problems and are makeing progress in the

last few days. The UI has been split of to a different host and a maui

   problem corrected.

Site will most definetly not be suspended and will also enter scheduled

downtime. TAU-LCG2 attended this meeting which was much appreciated.

Cluster_UL site: Raised to the ROC manager of SouthWest, no information at

present. Will be raised at next weeks meeting for a final

                    time.

The minute taker noted that they have entered themselves in

a downtime for an aircon update.

Operational issues raised by VOs

None

Ian Fisk (US-CMS): CMS commented that they had a productive break.

EGEE issues coming from ROC reports

1.       VOMS and VO membership expiration date: A french dteam user was unable to generate a VOMS proxy from DTEAM VOMS. The error message was not clear: "Error: dteam: User unknown to this VO".
After some deeper investigation, it appeared that his VO membership was expired within the VOMS Database. Indeed, it seems that a VO expiration delay is set to 1 year by default. The involved user didn't receive any notification concerning this expiration. Moreover, as the CERN was closed, no Dteam administrator was able to change the expiration date. Such a case could become very tricky with a VOMS entry used for production purposes as the related user could not generate any proxy to submit his/her production jobs. In order to avoid to manage several expiration dates, could we change the VO membership expiration policy to use the user certificate expiration date as the VO membership expiration date by default ?
We also suggest that a mail must be systematically sent to the user when his/her VO membership is about to expire. (France ROC)

A possible way of making users aware of this would be a user diagnosis FAQ, or any other type of documentation. ACTION.

Summary of multi-VO tests: Alice and CMS well exceeded target. Atlas did not, maybe because of the others, being analyzed.

Next Atlas T0-T1 tests are delayed by several weeks. They will repeat the tests done in June and August at full scale.
